The Series 2000 family represents the original IntellaPatch® switch, providing up to 16 ports per blade in a 1-inch blade height. The product line is available in five chassis sizes, ranging from 16 to 288 ports each. Chassis feature hot-swappable blades and transceivers, and all offer non-blocking, any-to-any switching architecture.
With a compact design that saves valuable rack space, IntellaPatch Series 2000 chassis provide up to 288 ports of any-to-any connectivity, always at full wire-line speed. The Series 2000 chassis can be populated with any Series 2000 blade including 1, 2, 4 and 10 Gbps Fibre Channel, Ethernet from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps, T1/E1/J1, DS3/E3/STS-1, SONET/SDH, FDDI and digital video.
